EGUME WARD STAKEHOLDERS RECEIVE N2 MILLION DONATION OF HON. IJN MONTHLY SALARY AND EMOLUMENTS INITIATIVE
In a continued show of commitment to grassroots development, Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn , Member Representing Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency, has donated Two Million Naira (#2,000,000.00) to Egume Ward. The donation, drawn from his April salary and emoluments, as part of his ongoing initiative to support wards across the constituency.
The presentation was made by Hon. Achile Salihu , Senior Legislative Aide (SLA), and Hon. Alidu Achimugu , Personal Assistant on Domestic Matters, to ward stakeholders led by the Acting ONU EGUME, Mr. Anthony Salami.
Present at the event were current and former Councillors of Egume Ward, Community Leaders, the ward party Chairman, and Youth Representatives. The Acting ONU EGUME Mr. Anthony Salami on behalf of the people of Egume Ward expressed deep appreciation for Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna’s inclusive leadership style and commitment to community development. He assured that the funds would be directed to the most pressing developmental needs in the ward and pledged continued support for Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna political vision.
This gesture marks another milestone in Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna’s dedication to people-focused representation and grassroots empowerment.
