t’s a clear fact that Nigerian politics is rough and very challenging. The competition for power is sometimes violent and immoderate.
Corruption and embezzlement of public funds that have become normal in politics. The use of violence and intimidation to silence opponents.
The influence of powerful individuals who control politics and their say is the final.
These are some of the challenges facing politics in Nigeria.
Despite these challenges, we have seen few politicians with their opportunity, they sacrifice what they have to promote positive change, they show practically that they are there for their people with good representation. Though they become threat for not cooperating.
Natasha’s political journey is a remarkable one. She is the first senator from kogi state that has been a fearless advocate for justice, transparency and accountability in Nigeria politics.
A community that has a fearless advocate for justice has been gifted with a precious gift. When an advocate is fearless, he can bring about positive changes, he can challenge unjust systems, and fight for the rights of marginalized communities.
Since struggling to confront and dismantle an oppressive systems is a must whether we like it or not, since holding those in power accountable for their actions is a must, we must give our support to those in that field. Even if they have shortcomings.
Not only Senator Natasha, in the red chamber, we have record of some senators who were silenced, maltreated for their effort to voice out against injustice. It seems without injustice the national assembly can not exist.
One who study Natasha and her activities in national assembly very well knows that Her coming into politics is not just to accumulate wealth like others, she has passion to create and implement policies that directly impact the lives of her constituents.
What do the people of Kogi Central want apart from this? Politics is all about fulfilling your promises to your people as we can see in her. If politics is all about interest as many people hold, there will be no hope for common man in Nigeria.
As a woman in politics, Natasha faced different challenges. Despite these challenges, she has achieved significant milestones.
Apart from sponsoring different bills in the house and utilization of her employment opportunities to some individuals, Natasha has empowered thousands of her people including women and youths, some with tools, equipment and others with cash grants for their businesses.
Natasha’s political journey is a proof to her determination in creating positive change in Nigeria which non of her rivals can rebuke.
Though I hate Nigeria politicians for their deceiving nature, but if truth must be told, this woman is a figure in Nigeria politics today, no one denies this even the opposition parties. May Allah protect and guide her better to do more.
As a senator representing Kogi Central, she has filled a lot of gaps unlike her counterparts. Through this, she made a name for herself in the Senate floor where male are almost 100%, let’s clap for this woman instead of supporting those who have nothing tangible against her.
Her political achievements are numerous. Her fearless contribution to accountability, transparency and advocation for the rights of her constituents is enough a pride. This strides have earned her a big reputation and light that will hardly be extinguished.
If not a cursed Nation, which group of people will listen to a man that stole their future and that of their children against a woman that has done her best for her people in less than two years and is ready to do more.
Natasha’s political journey has really inspired many Nigerians making them to admiring her. She becomes a beacon of hope through her struggle to see a more equitable and compassionate society.

She has her personal shortcomings like every human being but she is there for you, if you miss her, you will blame no one but yourselves.
Senator Natasha proves more beneficial to her people. She loves her people, she loves Nigerians, let’s support her against these criminals that know no one apart from themselves and their closed ones.
