2025 RAMADAN: ALH MOUKTAR ATIMAH URGES MUSLIM UMMAH TO REFLECT ON THE SEASON, PRAY FOR PEACE AND PROGRESS IN KOGI STATE AND NIGERIA AT LARGE

The Executive Secretary Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (KOSEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah on the commencement of Ramadan, urging them to reflect on the Holy month and pray for the peace, love and progress in Kogi State and Nigeria.
Alh Atimah, in a message made available by his Special Media Team, on Saturday, March 01, 2025, in Lokoja also charged Muslims to use the month of Ramadan to strengthen their relationship with another and extend generosity to the less privileged.
Furthermore, he stated that the Ramadan encourages us to embrace love, peace, charity, and the spirit of oneness. So, Let us take this time to reflect on the season’s lessons and continue to remain united as Kogites.
In his Ramadan message, he urged us in this holy month to pray for our performing Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, who has been working tirelessly in providing good governance in line with New Direction Project.
“May Allah (SWA) accept our fast and deeds as an act of Ibadah”. Atimah added.
