Glad, proud and grateful God, to announce that the Police Service Commission, (PSC), has just approved the elevation of AIG (Mrs) Rhoda Adetutu Olofu, Unilorin ’86, Police Force Secretary, to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police, (DIG). She hails from Kogi Central Senatorial Zone in Kogi State.
*Her husband, AIG Tony Olofu, NPOM, who has been my good friend since our NYSC days in Owerri, Imo State, retired from the Police Force, late 2023. Mrs Olofu will be decorated on Monday March 2, 2025, and would retire thereafter, after serving the Police for 35 years. Let’s remember to call and celebrate with this family, please.
