The people of Dekina and Bassa Federal Constituency have every reason to be grateful to the visionary leadership of former Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello and our current Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo. Their commitment to good governance and grassroots development is evident in the kind of leaders they have given us, one of whom is our esteemed representative, Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn.
Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN has proven himself to be a man of the people, a leader who has delivered beyond expectations. His first term in the House of Representatives has been marked by outstanding achievements in infrastructure, youth empowerment, education, and economic development. He has not only represented us well at the federal level but has also brought meaningful projects and life-changing initiatives to our constituency.
As the next election approaches, we, the youth of Dekina and Bassa, humbly call upon our leaders, especially His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, to stand firmly in ensuring Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN returns for a second term. His work speaks for itself, and we believe he is still the best choice to lead us beyond 2027.
We also extend our appreciation to all the great leaders of Kogi State who have supported and believed in the progress of our constituency. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN has done more than enough, and we still need his leadership to continue the good work he has started. The youth of Dekina and Bassa are united in this call we want continuity, we want development, and we want Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna IJN for a second term!
