Cheche Standard Printing Press debuts in Lokoja

Governments at all levels have been called upon to forge a strong partnership with small and medium scale indigenous companies and industrialists by patronising their products.

The call was made on Thursday by the Caretaker Committee Chairman of MopAmuro Local Government Area, Kogi State, Ademola Bello. He spoke at the inauguration of Cheche Standard Printing Press, a new one-stop printing facility in Lokoja, the state capital.

Bello commended the owners of the company for its establishment, noting that it met with the government’s agendas for job creation and poverty reduction. He called on other privileged persons in society to borrow a leaf from Cheche Global Resources.

“We are happy that someone deemed it fit to establish this in the state capital. With this now, people don’t have to travel far to Abuja and other places before they can do their printing jobs. I am impressed by the vission and recommend it to the state government, the legislature, and their agencies to patronise here so that this dream can become bigger.

Earlier, in a brief message, Pastor Clement Asuelimen, Regional Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, MFM, extolled God for making the outfit a reality.

The clergyman encouraged the owner of the outfit, Mr. Samuel Ipinlaiye, aka Cheche, to remain deligent and focused on God, noting that when a man’s way pleases God, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. He said that even though the vision has started small, he could see it multiplying and growing to a global conglomerate.

In a brief remark, Ipinlaiye, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, MD/CEO of Cheche Global Resources, Ltd, thanked the people for honouring his invitation. He called on Kogi businessmen in the diaspora to contribute to the growth of the state by establishing branched of their respective businesses in the state.

This state belongs to all of us. I am persuaded that no one can develop the state better than ourselves. The government alone can not develop the state without a vibrant private sector participation. I, therefore, call on other entrepreneurs to keep an eye on the home front in order to get our economy out of the woods.”

CSPP, which is located on plot 137, Cementry Road, a hob of printing, and commerce in Lokoja, is also into the sale of printing materials. Among the machinery installed in the outfit are Kord, Polaris Cutting Machine, Computer To Plate, CTP, Direct Imaging, DI, and standby Mikano generating sets.

Those in attendance at the ceremony included Barrister James Fabola, Chief Eric Fiki, Elder Samuel Orunmbe, Elder Gbadebo, Mr. Abraham Olorunyoba, Elder Godwin Orunbe, Chief and Mrs Emmanuel Luke, Hon. Charles Omoyele, Hon Olawumi, House of Assembly member representing MopAmuro, Chief Femi Toluju, Chief Femi Asegba, and Mr Tuesday Adeoye.
