We are writing you with absolute respect and honour as our national father, the President and Commander-In-Chief of Armed Forces Of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria. Your Exellency(YE) sir, please permit us to say a 15-word of conventional felicitation expression to you before being submerged into the subject matter of this letter as the winner of the presidential race of this giant land. Sir, We say “Congratulations” for breaking the indellible historical victory .

YE sir, the history unveals to us your political strengths and impacts in bringing the past administration to the control of power under the political party of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2015 as the national leader. The party had indeed promised various developmental and Socio-economic initiatives that would lift out the Nigeria and her youths from the unemployment through the poverty eradication programmes like N-Power, Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), Grant for Vulnerable Groups (GVC), Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT), National Grown School Feeding Programme(NHGSFP), Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Funds, the Alternate School Programme (ASP), Nigerian Youths Investment Fund( NYIF), Nigeria Jubilee Fellowship Programmes( NJFP) and the remaining few others. All the aforementioned national initiative projects were introduced and approved by the former President, Rtr Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, GCOFR as there were proper arrangements on ground for them the concerned Ministries and Governmental Agencies to implement and supervise them. The past administration’s strong patriotic determination were even noticed by the citizenry when the National Social Investment Programs ( N-SIP) was additionally created in 2016 and headed by the former Vice President, PROF. Yemi Osinbajo. Therefore, different national projects like N-Power and all its categories are monitored by N-SIP, and emergency projects like Targeted Credit Facilities (TCF) for lending out the households and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) loans which were meant to succor the bad effects of novel Covid-19 was supervised by Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN), and disbursed through the NIRSAL Microfinance Bank(NMFB) as its agent. Sir, the Nigeria Jubilee Fellowship programmes(NJF) was initiated by the Federal Government (FG) and supported by United Nation Development Programs (UNDP) and the European Union (EU). All these divisions and the unlisted host of others are for the effective and efficient operations’ purpose. And With sincere remark sir,the programmes were accelerating effectively initially without any latency and suspicious operational hitch most especially during and after the selection, and deployment of 500,000 thousands of N-power Batch A and B beneficiaries with the inclusive provision of devices of android phone tablets for all the beneficiaries without stress, obstruction, and delay in payment of their #10,ooo and #30,000 thousands monthly stipends for the graduates and non-graduates respectively for more than complete 2 years since September, 2016 till July 31, 2020 for both N-power Batch A and B. YE sir, this was the only good developmental moment we believe the few unemployed Nigerian youths had enjoyed the promised welfare and empowerment schemes, the rest seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and subsequent years were the sudden heartbreaking hollows which were deliberately and painfully dung in the hearts’ centre of the youths because of the suspecting selfishness, lack of trust , death of sincerity of purpose, and lack of deep foresightedness on the consequential future repercussion of gradual killing of Nigeria youths’ talents, potentials and academic prowess as a result of financial and economic ambush caused by those entrusted with our collective dividends of democracy.

YE sir, the shocking cease hour of TCF Covid-19 loan payment and starting of training of the new selected applicants, turning deaf ear to the request of the remaining unpaid NYIP fund to the Nigerians, the unfortunate shift of N-SIP from the desk of former Vice-president to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development( FMHADMSD) under the ministerial headship of former Minister Mrs Hajia Sadiya Farouq which had caused the provoking trends of lamentations on the exit N-power Batch A and B beneficiaries’ inaccessibility to the Nexit loans from the FMHADMSD and CBN for those who had passed the selection criteria to start their businesses, the abandoment of Nigeria Jubilee Fellows are not also left out in this national destructive acts as only 2,183 Fellows out of 20,000 shorlisted Fellows were only matched and onboarded to the Host organizations while the remaining 17, 817 were left Unmatched till the end of the past administration. In addition sir, in 2020 after the transfer of N-SIP from the office of the Vice-president to the FMHADMSD; the new intakes of additional 490,000 thousands of N-power Batch C Stream 1 and 2 beneficiaries kick started and It took FMHADMSD 3 years before they could deployed them in October 2022. Some youths left their previous works because of occupational mobility with the thinking that they had gotten better temporary empowerment from the government but disappointedly, the assumed 78 percent of them are grieved and berieved for being castrated financially. Sir, they were deprived of their rights like provision of android phone tablet devices as it was given to their Batch A and B contemporaries in the past years, the period of benefit to work was cut from 2 years to 1 year, and the worst part of all is the withholding of their monthly stipends for the past 8 months except the few ones who were paid 3, 2 and 1- month anti-climaxically from the 22nd of Febuary, 2023 after the intensive online protests and consecutive series of interventional epistolaries of pleadings to the Nigeria Labour Congress( NLC), FMHADMSD and the former President on the 20th of February,2023, 26th of Febuary, 2023 and 1st of March,2023. These three letters were later copied to more than 23 Ministries, Governmental Agencies, and the Parastatals whose functions may help in wiping off the tears of the downtrodden youths. YE sir, the beneficiaries had been on this scream to all Nigerians due to indifference manners suffering from the Ministries and the Agencies in charge of their rights till you came to seat of power on the 29th of May, 2023.

Here sir, we do feel devalued as the future assets of this country that need to be taken serious as the personal children and daughters of those whose our financial and economic rights are hoarded by. Many Nigerian youths are pushed to different cyberspace crimes all in the name of seeking better livelihood as many graduates among them are jobless, and the given temporary opportunities to survive are hijacked by the minority of those who think they are untouchable. We are establishing it sir that the Federal government empowerment funds approved by the past administration are stagnant and stashed somewhere without a single release to many beneficiaries, irregular payment to the few luckiest that were paid with what can never achieve the aims, objectives, missions and visions behind the youths’ empowerment while some were not even moved from being applicants or selected to the beneficiary status. YE sir, we feel the pains and agony of wickedness of these people in our bones and morrows. YE sir, we are not happy finding ourselves in the first rank of the youths unemployment in the world despite of Billions of naira approved to create job and Sustainable interventional programs that would free us from the shackles of massive and deteriorating unemployments. YE sir, ASWEC and the concerned beneficiaries feel to revisit and relaunch the complaints to you as our national father, the president, the leader, the listener, the democrat, an inter-generational administrator, the 𝐽𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑏𝑎𝑛 of our time, and 𝐴𝑠𝑖𝑤𝑎𝑗𝑢 of all 𝐴𝑠𝑖𝑤𝑎𝑗𝑢𝑠 whose political blueprints from the excellently illuminated performances for the past decades in the state of excellence before this moment of yours as our national excellency to use your vested constituted power in coming to the rescue of your beloved youths, sons and daughters where solid and fair investigations would be conducted with quick proper posturing, retracking and retrieving back our rights as part of the first youths’ endearment before the realization of millions of employment provision as promised in your manifested manifestos of renewed hope 2023 during the campaign. Sir, we strongly believe in your Presidency to do this for the sake of Almighty Creator, humanity, and to clear the circumference doubts regarding the APC party under which the unfound released funds for the initiatives were duly signed and approved by your predecessor.

We will be very grateful for quick actions sir. Thank you for your listening.

Yours Sincerely,

Sulyman Hannafi M.A.
