The Hon Clerk of Kogi State House of Assembly, Alh Ahmed Sule Chogudo has congratulated the entire workers of the state assembly on this year’s celebration of Workers’ Day.
This was contained in a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja by the Director Information, Kogi State House of Assembly, Aka Adebayo Michael.
Alh Ahmed Chogudo commended the staff members for their hard work, diligence and sacrifice, noting that their efforts are largely responsible for the laudable achievements made by the lawmakers.
Chogudo said there was dignity in labour, adding that there was need for dedication and commitment to ones work which is very important for rapid development.
He enjoined workers to imbibe the culture of productivity, adding that productivity leads to satisfactory provision of goods and services and wealth creation.
The Clerk assured the staff that Governor Yahaya Bello led administration was fully committed to their welfare and human development, adding that no staff will be denied of his or her allowances.
He therefore charged the staff to continue to be dedicated to duty and loyal to the All Progressives Congress led government in Kogi State, just as he prayed Allah to grant them the opportunity of many years celebration.
