In his book “How to Win Friends and Influence People”, Dale Carnegie among other recommendations, proposed that anyone seeking to win and influence friends ought to be ‘genuinely interested’ in them. In no other candidates does this proposal have better expression than in Pharm Asuku.
He knows so much about the vast lands of the Confluence State. He knows its peoples and places so well that I marvel at how easily he recalls names and places. No other candidates, in my opinion, comes close. Asuku is firmly rooted every where with friends who have become stronger and more influential.
Lesson: that everyone is at ease with Asuku today isn’t by accident. He has built a network of friends. He has forged neighborly interchange with Kogites across board. Therefore, anyone seeking to lead must learn the art of genuine interest in others. A leader must not be a user but a builder, a ‘pastor’ and partner in progress. This is Asuku.
