Kogi State Deputy Governor, Chief Edward David Onoja has on Tuesday, 21st February, 2023 picked his intent and nomination form ahead of the April 10th Governorship Primary Election.
The gubernatorial intent and nomination form were picked for Chief Onoja at the APC National Secretariat, Abuja, by his field lieutenants, led by Hon. Sunday Faleke.
Hon. Faleke revealed that the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressive Congress (APC) was anxiously anticipating the Deputy Governor’s interest and was not surprised by the outcome.
Chief Edward David Onoja, while receiving the intent and nomination form in his office in Lokoja, Kogi State, expressed delight and satisfaction with the processes while giving God Almighty the adoration for the hitch-free journey.
Reeling out the numerous achievements and interventions of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, across the key sectors of the state, the Deputy Governor expressed utmost readiness and sincerity of purpose towards consolidating the already established blueprints and achievements of the “New Direction Government.”
He advised stakeholders and party stalwarts to look inward towards achieving the Kogi that will all be desired via competency, capacity building, and even development devoid of parochial sentiments.
Chief Onoja added, “It’s a form to serve Kogi people, and I’ve promised to do that with utmost commitment.”
