The Provost Kogi State College of Health Science and Technology Doctor Solomon Nuhu Ayengwu in a press briefing on Christmas declared 2022 Christmas as a Joyful one.
Speaking to news men in Lokoja, Doctor Solomon Nuhu Ayengwu appreciates God for the gift of Jesus, the born King of Kings, the Lamb of God who came to redeem the world from perdition.
According to the Provost , Jesus is the reason for the season. If Christ had not come, mankind would have been doomed for ever but thank God for Jesus, the Messiah of the Universe.
The Environmentalist of repute equally thanked God for Government of Kogi State for giving enabling environment to the smooth administration of the collage and freedom of Christians in the State to freely worship God. He also thank God for answering their prayers and to also congratulate Governor Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State and his cabinet members on the listing of Kogi State as an oil producing State and the completion of all outstanding debts on the Ajaokuta Steel Company by the Federal Government. These major developments would no doubt further affirm Kogi State as the confluence of opportunities.
For the Christian Doctor Solomon Nuhu Ayengwu urged Christians to replicate love of Christ by sharing with others in this yuletide. “Christ is love, let us fill the atmosphere with same” he added.
While urging all to be law abiding as they celebrate.
