The Management and Staff, The Nigerian Post Newspaper, has celebrated with the Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja, Dr. Salisu Usman Ogbo on his 50th birthday.
Mr. Abu Michael, Publisher and Editor in Chief, in a statement affirmed the dynamic leadership roles the Rector has played in shaping the history of the Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja as Rector, by planting behind lasting legacies of investment in staff, students and infrastructure that has kept memories of his Leadership ingrain and commendable in the hearts of the people.
The Editor hailed the initiative and reforms that Dr. Ogbo has instituted in the Polytechnic, borne out of his passion for a purposeful, result oriented and motivated higher institution that places the academic and infrastructure development of the institution on a higher pedestal.
Mr. Abu said he recognises the arduous task the Rector and his team have achieved, believing that his patriotism and diligence that he has displayed over many years in the academia will continue to yield results in the State Polytechnic.
The Publisher prayed that the Almighty God will grant the Rector more courage, strength and wisdom as he continues to serve Kogi State.
