Engr. Olatunji Femi Edward, a businessman and leading House of Representatives Aspirant for Yagba Federal Constituency says he is in the race to empower the youths of Yagba land through quality representation.
The Aspirant who is a graduate of the University of Ilorin, is into oil and gas, Construction, the hospitality industry, says what is happening in the country now requires for legislation and opportunities to make youths self reliant and financially independent says the days when white collar jobs are available are long gone.
The aspirant says his joining the race is geared towards changing the narratives, lamented the lack of good roads, health Institutions, water, promised to create platforms for the young people to make money.
Engr. Edward says having worked in the private sector all his life, promised to use quality representation to reduce unemployment, maintained that he has all his life being a private sector man, says his aspiration is geared towards making life more meaningful for the young people.
The leading aspirant for the PDP 2023 ticket for the Yagba Federal Constituency election says his aspiration is hinged on his capacity to offer quality representation.
Engr. Edward spoke at the sidelines of the ongoing screening of National Assembly PDP aspirants in Lokoja, lamented that unemployment has become the major challenge to the country, promised to use his contact, opportunities and legislation to create jobs.
The PDP aspirant says his exposure and experience, places him at a vantage to offer quality representation, added that his energy, age, and exposure would make him an active and not a sleeping lawmaker in the green chamber if elected, promised a breath of fresh air from what obtains in the past if he is elected in Yagba Federal Constituency.
While he expressed confidence and looks forward to a clinching the PDP ticket for Yagba Federal Constituency, added that even in a free and fair primaries, he will emerge victorious as well as go ahead to win the general election…. Continue reading
