KOICA donates operational Vehicles to Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advance Technology(NKFI)


 

The Government of the Republic of Korea through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has donated one unit of Hyundai Santafe ( 5- seater 2.4l) to the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advance Technology(NKFI), Lokoja, Kogi State.

The donation is part of Follow-up support activities which shall last until 2023 with an investment of 720 thousands US dollars sponsored by KOICA which will also serve to help in the activities for the Follow-up for the project for the Establishment of a Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advance Technology.

The presentation of the vehicle was done by Mr. SON, Sungil, Country Director KOICA Nigeria Office Republic of Korea.

The Country Director thanked the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his contributions to education in the state.

The Honorable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB who received the vehicle on behalf of the State Government appreciated the Government of the Republic of Korea and the Korea International Cooperation Agency(KOIKA) for their support and their partnership, stated that His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello the education-friendly Governor is very desirous to revamping education system in the state
