2023 Presidency : Featuring A Youthful Candidate With TheseThree Qualities : A Win Win Game For The Party

— Comr A Arivi

” _Youths are critical masses whose actions and inactions can develop or destroy the hegemony of a Nation_ ”
— *Kofi Annan*

As 2023 draws fast nearer, it is becoming more crystal clear that, Youthfulness of age is a leading factor of advantage in the market of Political spectrum for any Political party’s flag bearer alongside other qualities that would be discussed in the piece .

When one makes an objective critics of the view points of an average Nigerians in and outside the social Media, you will agree with me beyond reasonable doubt that, the agitation of the Youths( men and women) to produce the next Nigerian President in 2023 is not a mission impossible considering the bill ” Not too Young to Run” signed into law by Mr President, the numerical strength of Youth in Nigeria population ( 70–75%) and nature of the Youths being a double- edged- sword( construction&destruction). Thus, making the 2023 Presidential Election a great opportunity for the Youths to take advantage of their voting superiority, see in one direction, and speak in one voice. A good historian will advise Nigerian leaders never to forget in the hurry ,the ventilation of the anger of youths during the Endsars Protest that would have snoreball into a full scall Uprising if not for the proactiveness of Mr President and Kogi State Governor. It is against this backdrop, the sensitivity in the Youth agitation shouldn’t be handled with cuddling glove or lenity

Secondly, the candidate must have a practical good records on security of life and property as the present security challenges facing our dear country places this quality as 2nd in list

Thirdly, the candidate must have good antecedent in breaking the jinx of ethno-religious jingoism, chauvinism, overbearing and religious intolerance but institutionalizing unity in diversity cum oneness

Forth, the candidate, besides himself being Youth must have score card in youth and women inclusion in governance
In conclusion, any Political party that features candidate with the aforementioned qualities has the seat of President comes 2023 except the electoral process is economical with free and fairness, therefore, Political parties are advised to beam their search light correct to avert lost in the ring
