20bn Bail-Out Fund: EFCC Is Turning To A Political Tool of Distraction, Acting A Laughable Script.

It has become an open secret that a Federal Agency of supposed high repute, and integrity has stooped so low, making herself available to be used as a political decoy and tool by desperate politicians and detractors to act a comic script of absurdity to maliciously rope the State, blackmail and to pull down the rising profile of Governor Yahaya Bello. This will not see the light of the day as Nigerians and Youths in particular are wise not to fall for any campaign of calumny. The youths and well meaning Nigerians have reiterated their position that they are resolute to the mandate of Governor Bello to be the stitch in time that saves nine comes 2023.

It is worthy to mention that, the State Government did not operate such account as claimed in the letter signed by Sterling Bank Plc. A good financial expert who do not want to be biased in Judgement will also have known by now that EFCC are acting scripts with a political undertone, let’s review the below facts for instance:

EFCC Political script:

Act 1, Scene 1
– Upon Discovery of the acclaimed account, the commission didn’t verify the fact presented to her but they began action.

– Similarly, the commission outrightly refused to invite the State Government for any interrogation or clarification before going straight to media for publication.

Act 1, Scene 2
– The Commission, upon discovery that it is already a lost case on her side against Kogi Government withdrew it without prosecution.

Act 1, Scene 3:
– the Commission paid deaf ear to the demand of Kogi Government to disclose the names of the person that deposited the acknowledged receipt of
#19,333,333,333,36 acclaimed to be latent in the account.

On The Side Part of Sterling Bank:

Let us reflect that In a banking system, to fix money in a Fixed Deposit Account, there is a document called Time Deposit (TD) that specify the Amount, Tenor, Rates and liquidation conditions. These documents are generated by the Bank and a copy of each will be given to the Account officer, Operation unit and the Customer. Let us assume Kogi State Government hides theirs, why did sterling Bank haven’t published their copies?

We are all aware that Kogi State House Of Assembly invited the Sterling Bank Boss to appear before it to explain what transpired between his Bank and KSG but he refused to show up. The question is why did he refuse if truly the said account is own by Kogi State Government as claimed by EFCC?

Finally, the Political screenplay of the commission, EFCC to distract Governor Bello from the calls of the youths and Nigerians on Presidential tussle and perhaps to discredit his compelling credentials is dead on arrival. Youths and every other valued Nigerian are wise now and will continue to remain resolute for Governor Yahaya Bello to be the pilot come 2023.
