
The ranks of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), from Okunland was today, swelled by the investiture of Ayo Olorunfemi Abraham from Aiyetoro Gbedde, Ijumu LGA, to the upper echelons of the Nigerian Bar.
With the earlier unfortunate demise of the most senior SAN from Okunland (Chief Niyi Oshe), Okunland has *10* SANs namely:

*Duro Adeyele, SAN: Mopamuro
*Bisi Soyebo (Mrs), SAN: Mopamuro
*Wole Agunbiade, SAN: Mopamuro
*Malomo Awomolo, (Mrs), SAN: Yagba East
*Eyitayo Ayokunle, SAN: Yagba East
*Ayo Asala, SAN: Yagba West
*Joash Amupitan, PhD, SAN: Ijumu
*Ayo Olorunfemi Abraham: SAN: Ijumu
As it stands today, Okunland alone, has more SANs than every state in the North West, North East and most of the North Central.
