An All Progressives Congress Chieftain in Lokoja, Kogi State, Abdulmalik Ibrahim Kupa, has dragged, Mallam Yusuf Bala Muhammed, who is the Departmental Security Officer of Lokoja LGA to court for a case of criminal breach of trust and mischief, punishable under the law.
Given his reasons and prayers for heading to court, Abdulmalik Ibrahim Kupa says he doubles as Kupa Fadama Farmers Unity Association, said the association is for Farmers in politics from Kupa, aimed at enhancing food security in Kupaland, by extension Kogi State.
While pointing out that he declared the associations support for Gov. Yahaya Bello on 27th January, 2021, with promise to provide widespread publicity that would promote GYB2PYB project in 2023.
Abdulmalik Ibrahim Kupa is seeking a refund of N1million as malicious damages to cover a refund of N42,000, N620,000, another N50,000 and N1million as tractor hiring deposit given to the DSO, value of billboards destroyed, cost of advertorial in newspapers, and as malicious damages and the cost of filling processes.
