Kogi State Chapter of Jama’atu Nasril Islam has felicitated with Muslims in the State on the Occasion of the New Islamic Calendar 1443AH
The Umbrella Islamic body in the State described as heartwarming the peaceful coexistence that permeated the State in the outgoing year and called for more inter-religious cordiality among the various religious groups in the State in the New Year.
The body in a statement jointly signed by the State Chairman, Ambassador Usman Bello and Secretary, Alhaji Isa Adeboye appreciated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his support to Religious groups which has engendered sustainable peace and urged him to sustain the tempo.
Kogi State JNI further used the opportunity to appreciate Kogi State Council of Ulamau, Kogi State Muslim Organizations, Federation of Muslim Women Associations in Nigeria (FOMWAN), National Council of Muslim Youth Organizations (NACOMYO) and others for their Cooperation in the outgoing year and called for more in the Year 1443AH.
The statement wishes all Muslims in the State, Nigeria and the entire world a more prosperous New Hijrah Calendar.
