Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government Area, Hon. Chief (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh has congratulated Muslim brothers and sisters from the area and beyond for witnessing yet another Eid celebration.
In his Sallah message made available to the public through his Chief Press Secretary, Suleiman Alih, Chief Aboh stated that:
“Alhamdulillah for this auspicious day. We thank GOD for counting us among the living to witness this ocassion. Despite the stoppage of Holy Pilgrimage to Mecca, we still find ease in performing Hajj rites as prescribed by our Maker”.
“Let us endeavour to leverage on this all important moment to seek forgiveness from GOD, give charity, always remember the needy in the society and besiege the Lord for HIS mercy, peace and development”.
“I thank you all for your support. As you go about your celebration, be moderate, decent and peaceful”.
Chief Aboh prayed that this year’s Eid and many more to come be prosperous as he congratulates all and sundry.
