Women Inclusion in Governance, Reason Kogi State is Safe – Dr. Ronke Bello


 

Kogi State has been alluded to be the Safest State in Nigeria because women in the State are now more than before complementing the efforts of the men in governance.

Dr. Ronke Bello,
made the assertion at the day two of the ongoing first Annual GYB Seminar for Nigeria’s Political and Crime Correspondents holding at the Transcorp Hilton Abuja, described women as the gate keepers of the Society, alluded the sustained development in Kogi State as made possible because women have been politically empowered and engaged in the State.

As natural gate keepers, women Dr. Ronke Bello disclosed can secure the state and the nation as a whole if well engaged because of their Courage, commended Kogi women for their exploits in the armed forces and in other fields of endeavors.

While pointing out that the present administration has brought in more women into executive positions than any before it, thus making them to be positively engage and to implement policies.

She lauded Gov Bello for lifting women to becoming contributors in decision making, described the successes of the present administration as its ability to make women inclusive in Governance, thus adding value to growth and development.
