… Says Donation Of Mosque Has No Political Undertone.
Wazirin Jakadan Sokoto and Ochada Onu’Ife, Chief Abubakar Ibrahim Idris says the society will be better for it were fairness, justice and peace is the other of the day.
Chief Abubakar Ibrahim made this statement during the commisioning of Anyigba Central Mosque built and donated by former Kogi Governor, Jakadan Sokoto, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris.
The former Kogi Governorship aspirant maintained that the building and donation of the gigantic mosque was one of the selfless and religious activities of the former Govenor without any political undertone.
He urged the community to take full charge of the new mosque and ensured the management and running of the new edifice as a collective responsibility.
‘Let the community and average Muslims take full charge in protecting the highly donated architecture presented to the community to ensure a befitting environment.’
‘The construction of the new mosque has been done by the former Govenor, as this is the property of all the Muslims to take charge of the new house of God to Anyigba Community.’
He urged Nigerians not only preach justice,fairness and peaceful co-existence,but to demonstrate same to ensure a society worthy of living.
Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim maintained that in an atmosphere were justice,fairplay is denied,there will be myriads of crises from all angles.
He congratulated the community on the new mosque,saying all and sundry must ensure they contribute their own quater to religious advancement.
