Former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris has received the news of the death of Alhaji Hashimu Alhassan.
He received the news with deep sadness but with total submission to the will of Allah.
Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, in a condolence message, described Alhaji Hashimu Alhassan as a great friend, Statesman, leader and dedicated son of Kogi State who will be missed by friends, colleagues, political associates and the State in general for his zeal and passion towards a better Kogi State.
“I pray to Almighty Allah to give the family of Alhaji Hashimu Alhassan the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and I pray Allah to grant Alhaji Hashimu Alhassan, Aljannah. Amin”, the former Kogi Governor said in the condolence message.
