The National Executives of Ijumu Devepment Union (IDU), the apex Socio-Cultural body in Ijumu land has congratulated the Olujumu of Ijumu Kingdom and Chairman, Ijumu Local Government Traditional Council, His Majesty, Oba Williams Olusegun Ayeni JP, Obadofin 1 on the occasion of his birthday.
The National President of IDU, Mr. Kayode Olorunmaiye JP in a congratulatory message on behalf of the National leadership of the Union, expressed appreciation to God for sparing the life of the Ijumu Paramount Ruler to witness another Birthday in sound health.
Mr. Olorunmaiye said “the National Executives of IDU join other well meaning Ijumu sons and daughters as well as Nigerians to celebrate our well respected and peace loving Monarch on his Special Day.”
He described the Olujumu as a pace setter, man of peace and a refined gentleman, who’s wealth of experience has ensured the existing peace in the Local Government.
The National President restated the readiness of the new leadership of IDU to work with the Olujumu towards the sustained peace, progress and development of the Local Government Area.
Mr. Olorunmaiye used the occasion of the birthday to call on the people of Ijumu to cooperate with the Traditional Ruler by maintaining peace and order in their respective Communities.
He prayed God to grant Oba Williams Olusegun Ayeni long life, more wisdom and good to move Ijumu Kingdom to enviable heights, assuring of the unflinching support of IDU at all times.
