FNSE: Kogi State Commissioners Forum Felicitates with Engr. Abubakar Ohere


 

 

The Forum of Kogi State Commissioners led by Hon. Commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic planning, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, FCA has congratulated the Commissioner of Works and Housing, Engr Abubakar Ohere on his conferment as a Fellow of Nigeria society of Engineers (FNSE) at the 5th college of fellows roundtable symposium and 16th fellowship conferment lecture & ceremony held at the international conference centre, Abuja.

 

Asiwaju, the Forum’s Chairman in his message of Felicitations on behalf of the forum said to attain the feat of a Fellow in the field of Engineering is likened to attaining the rank of an Army General on a battlefield, says it’s an attainment worthy of commendation.

Asiwaju Asiru Idris said the conferement of the highest rank in the Engineering profession by Engr Abubakar Ohere is borne out of his innate values of hardwork, capacity, commitment and competence on the job.

The commissioner asserted that Engr Abubakar Ohere is a multifaceted and dynamic intellectual whose giant strides remains unprecedented, explaining that as commissioner of Works and Housing, he has proven to be a round peg in a perfectly round hole.

Hon. Asiwaju Asiru Idris thank God for the amazing accomplishments attained by Engr Abubakar Ohere and also to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for his dexterity in picking Engr Abubakar Ohere, who is a great potentials and for creating an enabling environment for such potentials to fester and grow”.

The Forum Chairman congratulated Engr. Abubakar Ohere on the elevation and recognition by NSE, wished him success in his future endeavors in good health and prosperity.
