WIN WITH TINUBU: IDAH TOWN HALL KICKS OFF KOGI EAST GRASSROOTS MOBILISATION

WIN WITH TINUBU: IDAH TOWN HALL KICKS OFF KOGI EAST GRASSROOTS MOBILISATION

By Musa Bakare

Today, August 3, 2026, the historic town of Idah plays host to a pivotal moment in the march toward the 2027 General Election as the Win With Tinubu (WWT) Project officially flags off its extensive grassroots mobilisation across the three Federal Constituencies of Kogi East.

Building on the successful engagement in Kogi West, WWT now shifts its focus to Kogi East, bringing the conversation closer to the people.

Kogi East comprises Idah/Igalamela-Odolu/Ibaji/Ofu; Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro; and Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituencies

Across these areas, WWT will connect directly with farmers, traders, youths, women, students, professionals, artisans, traditional rulers, and community leaders.

But this initiative is not about talking at the people; it is about listening to them.

WWT is committed to understanding the real concerns of the people, explaining the policies and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, highlighting tangible progress, correcting misinformation, and making a compelling case for continuity under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The 2027 election will not be decided in urban centres alone. It will be won and lost through painstaking, community by community, ward by ward, and polling unit by polling unit engagement.

Every voter matters.
Every community matters.
Every conversation matters.

From Idah to Igalamela-Odolu, Ibaji and Ofu; from Ankpa to Omala and Olamaboro; and from Bassa to Dekina, the message must travel far and wide.

Kogi East must participate.
Kogi East must organise.
Kogi East must engage.
Kogi East must be heard.

The Idah Town Hall is therefore not an isolated event, it is the launch of a sustained, people driven movement building momentum toward 2027.

The journey has begun, and victory will be achieved one community, one ward, and one voter at a time.

Win With Tinubu.
Win with APC.
Win with the people.
