Traditional Ruler, Ajofe Matthew Daikwo Celebrates As His Son Takes Wife In Grand Style

A religious leader, Pastor Okpanachi Oyibo of the Christian Evangelical Fellowship of Nations, CEFN, Gadumo-Lokoja has called for the application of God’s model of marriage among couples in order to have a successful marital life

Pastor Okpanachi Oyibo made the remark in Lokoja in a sermon at the wedding solemnization between Blessing Ojochogu Omajagwu and Prince Ugbede-Ojo Justine Daikwo, son of the Onu Igbologu Emewe in Biraidu District of Dekina Local Government Area, Ajofe Matthew Daikwo on Saturday.
He said marriage, an institution established by God should be respected and honoured, explaining that the only way to do so is to follow biblical injunctions and be obedient to God.
The religious leader urged the couple to embrace love, tolerance and build the home to attract God’s blessings
While at the reception, the Chairman, Mr Silas Ahiaba of the Monitex Hotels, Anyigba appealed to the new couple to see the relationship as ordained by God, stressing that only God could perfect their imperfections and advised them to always walk with God.
In his appreciation message, the father of the groom, Ajofe Matthew Daikwo expressed appreciation to God for making the event successful, noting that he was glad that as parents, they lived to celebrate with their child.
Ajofe Matthew Daikwo thanked the chairman of the occasion and his wife, the Attah Igala and President , Kogi State Council of Chiefs, other traditional rulers, the member representing Dekina/Bassa at the lower chamber, Gowon Haruna, Dr James Nda Abalaka from Abuja, Deacon and Mrs Matthew Salifu and others for celebrating with the family.
