Breaking: Senator Sunday Karimi Declared Winner Kogi West APC Senatorial Primary with 51,665 Votes
Senator Sunday Karimi has secured the All Progressives Congress ticket for Kogi West Senatorial District, winning the party’s primary election held Monday.
In an official declaration made by Haruna Isah, Returning Officer in the election, said Sen. Karimi polled 51,665 votes to defeat four other contestants in the race.
The Kogi West APC Senatorial Election Returning Officer, Alhaji Haruna Isah, presented the results of the Kogi West Senatorial primary election to the Chairman of the APC Kogi State Senatorial Primary Election Committee.
The results are:
1. Senator Sunday Karimi Steve – 51,665 votes
2. Alhaji Abubakar Zakari Ola – 414 votes
3 Elizabeth Adedoyin 18 votes
4 Samuel Aro 620 votes
5 Smart Adeyemi 571 votes
