Okene Mourns Businessman and Pharmacist Alhaji Salihu Suleiman ‘Kwadeco’ Okatahi
Okene and the wider Kogi Central community are mourning the death of prominent businessman and pharmaceutical entrepreneur, Alhaji Salihu Suleiman Okatahi, popularly known as “Kwadeco.”
Okatahi, who owned one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Okene, was a key figure in the region’s business and healthcare sector. He built a reputation over the years for his contributions to the pharmaceutical industry, community development, and support for people across different walks of life.
News of his passing spread across Okene on Tuesday, drawing tributes from associates, family members, political leaders, and residents. Many described him as a respected elder, philanthropist, and influential businessman.
