Renowned entertainment icon and the National Treasurer of the Performing Musicians Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Baba Ojonugwa J.F.O, has extended his warmest congratulations to the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Elder Joel Salifu Oyibo, on the occasion of his birthday.
