NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL, UNIVERSITY OF JOS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION CELEBRATES DR. ABDULWAHAB ABUH ON HIS DOCTORATE HONOUR
The National Executive Council of the University of Jos Alumni Association, under the leadership of its Global President, Dr. Gad Peter Shamaki, has congratulated Dr. Abdulwahab Abuh on the successful conferment of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Political Economy by the University of Abuja, now Yakubu Gowon University, Abuja.
In a statement issued to mark the occasion, the Council described the achievement as a significant milestone that reflects Dr. Abdulwahab Abuh’s dedication, resilience, and commitment to academic excellence.
The Council noted that Dr. Abdulwahab Abuh is a highly committed member of the Association’s Kogi State Chapter and one of its founding fathers, whose contributions have been instrumental to the growth and development of the chapter.
It further highlighted his past service as Secretary-General of the North Central Region of the University of Jos Alumni Association, commending his leadership, diligence, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Association.
According to the statement, “Dr. Abdulwahab Abuh’s accomplishment is not only a personal triumph but also a source of pride to the entire University of Jos Alumni community.”
The National Executive Council expressed confidence that the new doctorate holder will continue to contribute meaningfully to national development and serve as an inspiration to younger alumni.
The Council concluded by wishing him continued success in his academic and professional pursuits.
