Zakari was elected at the party’s state congress held in Lokoja.
In his acceptance speech, he pledged to lead the party with transparency, accountability, and fairness, assuring stakeholders and supporters that he would work with all blocs to drive the ADC agenda in the state.
“Our party is built on hope, inclusiveness, and progress. We will continue to champion these values and work tirelessly for the betterment of Kogi State,” Zakari said.
