Sen. Karimi has provided quality representation – Hon. Major Olafimihan Akerejola
The people of Kogi West Senatorial District have been asked to sustain their support for Sen. Sunday Karimi, pointing out that Kogi West has always produced quality representation, urged to be sustained.
Hon. Major Olafimihan Akerejola made the disclosure in a statement issued to Newsmen said;
“I have watched the political landscape of Kogi State in the last 26 years. No Senatorial District had been so consistent in producing highly qualified Representatives at the National Assembly as the West Senatorial District of Kogi State, irrespective of Party affiliation.
“Men that are competent, reliable, dependable, tactful, compassionate, intelligent and intellectually sound”.
“Senator Sunday Karimi is an embodiment of this qualities and has kept the West Senatorial District flag flying. He is one of the respected voices representing not only the West Senatorial District but indeed Kogi State in the National Assembly”.
“It is inconceivable to see people from the West or Kogi State for that matter engaged in pull-down syndrome or character assassination of its own very best just for political relevance”.
“The West has always made Kogi State proud and that must be sustained”, Hon. Major Olafimihan Akerejola concluded.
Hon. Major Olafimihan Akerejola urged for restraint, pointing out that in a democracy, people should be allowed to air their views and not to be vilified.
