Dr. Kayode Babajide Ikubolaje was born in Kati – Okua, ward 02 , Odo – Egbe to the family of Late Chief Kayode Ikubolaje Osha and Late Elder Mrs. Elizabeth Yefende Kayode both from Egbe.

Founder of Elizabeth Yefende foundation for widow.. contribution in terms of clothing, food items and cash.
Community development:
* Singlehandedly finance the electrification of Odo-rom, Alhaja area and Iga road by erecting 17 poles with wire conductors
* Facilitate supply of transformer to Odo-rom – Iga area through senator Dino Melaye.
* Ongoing drainage project of over 100m in Iga road, Odorom adjacent Elizabeth Yefende Avenue
