Kogi NLC Commiserates with NUJ Chairman Over Demise of His Wife

The Nigeria Labour Congress, Kogi State Chapter, has sent a message to commiserate with the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Kogi State Council, Comr. Adeiza Momohjimoh over the death of his wife, Mallam Zainab Adeiza.

The NLC Chairman, Comr. Onuh Edoka in a statement issued to Newsmen, said ” The NLC pours out our sympathy to the family of the NUJ Chairman and prayed God to grant the husband and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”.

The NLC Chairman said ” We are aware of what the NUJ Chairman passed through. But we have confidence and hope that Late Hajia Zainab will be given eternal rest by God Almighty”.

” We sincerely appreciate her role as a mother of the house who complemented the role of her husband in every role she played at the home front supporting her husband as a labour leader all this while”.

The NLC Chairman urged the NUJ Chairman to take solace in the fact that his wife lived a fulfilled life, said she would be greatly remembered for serving as a mother to all, irrespective of whether the children that crossed her paths were her biological children.

While praying that God will console the entire family late Zainab left behind, the entire working Journalists in the State, Edoka, prayed God to grant her eternal rest.
