
2027 Yagba Fed. Const: Women Group Drum Support For Chief Edward Olatunji Meseko, CEO Fancurt Suit & Hotel Worldwide..

A Group known as Edward Olatunji Meseko, Women International Network, has been officially launched in support of the Edward Olatunji Meseko, ahead of the Yagba Federal Constituency 2027 election.
Speaking at the Press Conference in Lokoja, the Coordinator of the group, Mrs. Roseline Ayiwaye Opeka, said the launch of the organization was to support the political aspiration of Edward Olatunji Meseko for the House of Representatives for Yagba federal constituency.
She noted that the choice and support for Edward Olatunji Meseko was not just mere, but a resolve to ensure better and greater representation of the federal constituency in 2027.
“This day is more than just an inauguration. It is the birth of a visionary movement — a collective of courageous, resilient, and determined women who have chosen not just to support a cause, but to champion a future. A future we believe in, a future we are building with unity, strategy, and purpose”, she stated.
According to her, the group did not emerge by chance, explaining that it was conceived by the Favour Foundation, an organization rooted in compassion, empowerment, and justice for women and was further nurtured by the Patriotic Movement for Asiwaju/Shettima 2023 Presidential Support Group, which believed that women are not just voters but vital stakeholders in shaping the political destiny of our communities.
“And today, that belief is manifest. The strength of this group is already evident in its structure — 651 women drawn from Yagba Federal Constituency, working in synergy across our three LGAs: Mopamuro, Yagba East, and Yagba West”.

Mrs Roseline added.
The Coordinator stressed that Edward Olatunji Meseko, is not just a candidate; but a tested personality, a bridge between leadership and the people, a symbol of advocacy, courage, and transformation — values that the women shares and upholds.
“To every woman here, you are not just supporters; you are stakeholders. You are the voice in the market square, the strength behind the scenes, and the power in the polling units. Also speaking, a strong supporter in Edward Olatunji Meseko, political movement, Moses Taju, commended the group for the step, urging the Executive and members to keep the vision Alive, mobilize massively and ensure victory.
Others who spoke, include, Mrs Tade Philemon, Woman Leader and other Coordinators from the Federal Constituency assured of a robust outing and called on everyone to sustain prayers for the group Members, Edward Olatunji Meseko, and the Federal constituency at large.
