2025 Christmas Message: Kogi PDP Chairman Calls for Unity, Service, Renewed Patriotism.

LOKOJA — The Kogi State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo, has extended heartfelt Christmas greetings to all Kogites, urging them to embrace the true spirit of the season and recommit to the development of their state.

In his festive message, Hon. Gambo described Christmas as a time of new beginnings and sober reflection, reminding citizens that the celebration of Jesus Christ’s birth calls for heightened commitment to service, unity, and brotherhood.

He emphasized that Kogites should act as “their brother’s keeper,” setting aside bitterness and fostering harmony across the state’s multicultural and multi‑ethnic communities.

“The birth of our Lord Jesus Christ symbolizes oneness. It is a moment to reflect on our shared humanity and recommit ourselves to the service of our state and its people,” Gambo said.

The PDP Chairman commended the resilience of Kogi’s citizens amid hardship and poverty, noting that material wealth is temporary while eternal values such as love, peace, and solidarity should guide their aspirations.

He called on all leaders, political, religious, and community to reinvigorate their dedication to public service and to let the oath of office be their guiding principle, condemning any attempts to marginalize the opposition.

Gambo also highlighted the need for patriotism, commitment, and dedication to propel Kogi State to its rightful place among Nigeria’s leading states.

He urged the government to uphold the principles of unity and inclusivity enshrined in the birth of Christ, stressing that collective effort is essential for sustainable development.

The Chairman concluded the message with warm wishes for a joyous Christmas and a prosperous New Year, encouraging all Kogites to embody the values of love, peace, and service as they move forward together.
