The people of Gegu Beki have held their 2024 Gegu Beki Day Celebration amidst pomp and celebration.
The epoch making 2024 Gegu Beki was held with visitation to the cemetery, Security outfits, Federal and State establishments with particularly visit to the ultra modern hospital Gegu Beki, where prayers were offered to the forefathers of Gegu Beki, Past and former leaders, with special prayers held in honor of former Gov. Yahaya Bello and the present Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The event witnessed the payment of the medical bills of all the patients in Gegu Beki Primary Health Care Centre, FBSC and Ultra modern Hospital Gegu Beki by Engr Abubakar Bashir Muhammad Gegu.
All the Military and paramilitary agencies had a joyous moment with the way the people of Gegu Beki have been coordinating themselves.
Speaking, Capt. Modes, the Camp commandant in Gegu Beki, eulogized the Ohinoyi of Gegu Beki, HRH. Alh Muhammad Abba Alhassan and Engr. Bashir Gegu for providing them with lovable, humble, genuine and exemplary leadership.
The 2024 Gegu Beki Day is a three day event, continues till Saturday with other activities.
Highlights of the 2024 Gegu Beki day held at the Community today was the finals of the Nyiwo Table Tennis competition, with winners going home with numerous gifts.
