2023 United Nations Public service Day: POHAN to hold annual commemoration program virtually.


 

The Umbrella body for Public Office Holders in Nigeria; POHAN, present and former has announced that this year UN Public Service Day commemoration meeting will hold as usual on the 23rd of June, 2023 but virtually to accommodate its vast and scattered participants to join the very impactful and insightful program.

 

It will be recalled that June 23rd has remained sacrosanct as a day declared by the United Nations as Public Service Day; and POHAN been an umbrella body for Public Office Holders both present and former has remain consistent in organizing a commemoration program yearly to discuss and coin a way forward towards strengthening the public service; In the past years veteran public speakers as Dr. Sam Adeyemi, Sir Clyde Rivers PhD, Dr Victoria Micheal, Dr. Leon Ying, Adekola Precious PhD, SM Onalo PhD, Dr. Attah Ahmed have all delivered brilliant papers during the annual program and has imparted immensely in the participants and also given the government a clue to a formidable and more effective Public Service.

POHAN is therefore calling on the entire public to be part of the 2023 Public Service Day program edition; Scheduled to hold Virtually on the 23rd of June, 2pm Prompt. The Theme: The Essential Leadership Qualities for a more productive Public Service to meet the Sustainable Development goals. has been strategically coined to address the leadership defects in our society and to proffer the expected qualities and conducts of Public Office Holders; Men and women of high Cerebral and deep understanding in Leadership such as Mr Tiki Davis, Dr Mark Darko, Mrs Adenike Macualay, Mrs Jessica Okafor, Major Aubrey Retemyer Rtd, Mr Kunle Aderemi, Dr Offiong Anyanwu and Hon Shina Peller amongs host of others.
