Presently, another mega empowerment by Hon. Halims will equally Serve as a watershed for the people of the constituency as Hon. Halims is set to dole out 25 vehicles,
175 motorcycles
300 sewing machines and about
200 grinding machines.
Similarly, the mega empowerment will see
other Empowerment alongside the commissioning of an
erosion control worth N80m. This erosion was on the verge of wiping out Communities, will go down in history.

It is not in doubt that the current federal lawmaker representing Ankpa Federal Constituency if reelected would by virtue of a second term be a ranking member of the house, with the advantage going to be more for the people of the area.
Without overstating the obvious, that the strong rendering of stewardship through performances by Hon. Halims, a bane of democratic represention in Ankpa Federal Constituency has been positively corrected by the outstanding performances of Hon. Halims.
The Ankpa Federal Constituency over the years has a long years of neglect until the present represention, with Youths unlike in the past now getting employment in several Federal Government Agencies.
With the date yet to be fixed for the upcoming mega empowerment by Hon Halims, the eyes and ears that will see and hear it will certainly Know that this represention by Halims is the best thus far and needs to be encouraged by another term.
While it is normal for people to have interest and ambition, it is advisable that the do and pursue such aspiration with decorum but should be mindful that a man has left indelible marks and should be encouraged with another term.
Similarly, while Local Government Areas have a right to seek for represention, it is important to State that the equitable and fair Distribution of Democracy dividends to the three Local Government Areas that make up the Constituency has proven that Hon. Halims represention was fair and balance, a feat that scores Hon. Halims high, consequently deserving of another term.
Modern Democracy and practice looks at performances beyond location, reason why agitation by some local government should be made secondary, with Hon. Halims given the offer of first refusal and allowed to return because he has merited it through outstanding performances.
As Chairman House Committee on steel development, Rt Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali had offered alot of opportunities to both federal, State and other jobs to the benefits of his Constituents not minding Location but more importantly to people of the Constituency.

Hon. Halims has made training and retraining in modern agriculture, both in subsistence and commercial that has doubled the effort of the people at producing stable crops and food stuffs across the three local government of the federal Constituency, as another unparalleled achievements that remains a Watershed.
The return of Hon. Halims for another term will help sustain the school programs that has returned children of school age, hitherto dropped out back to school and ensure the educational developement of the areas, a cardinal Program his represention has made prioritize.
