The Lawmaker Representing Lokoja 2 Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Idris Ndakwo, has visited the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Muhammed Kabir Maikarfi 111, to seek his Royal blessings ahead his official declaration to contest the forthcoming House of Representatives election in 2023.
The Lawmaker speaking with Newsmen said if God spares his life, he will run for the House of Representatives election in 2023.
The Lawmaker described the intention to run as borne out of the peoples call, said their call is occasion by his good works, impacting lives positively.
The Lawmaker disclosed that the call by the people of Lokoja 2 to have the House of Representatives Zone to their area as a call in the right direction, particularly that the area has not been democratically elected.
He said the opportunity for the area to be elected to the House of Representatives is a Clarion call, urged for the people to support Lokoja 2 in the next dispensation.
Hon. Ndakwo described Gov. Yahaya Bello as good for the President of Nigeria, lauded his positive impact on the lives of the people.
