.. Bello’s Presidential aspiration not about him but Nigerian Youths.
The Convener, Congress for Better Nigeria, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael has described the rumoured publication in some section of the media that Gov. Yahaya Bello has dumped his Presidential aspiration as unfounded and a figment of the imagination of those scared of the rising profile of Gov. Bello.
Barr. Dare in a Statement described the publication as neither here nor there pointing out that the aspiration of Gov. Bello to salvage the country is not about him but the Youths of Nigeria.
Barr. Dare described the baseless rumour as a “fear-driven” outing by the opponents of the governor, said the aspiration of Gov. Bello is a time that has come and no regiment of army would stop the movement.
Reacting to the trending story titled “2023: Yahaya Bello Dumps Presidential Bid, Lobbies APC Leaders For VP Slot,” disclosed that nothing is in any way related to the Governor dumping his presidential ambition.
Barr. Dare noted that it is mischievous to say that the governor who has not even declared his interest to contest for the presidency would dump such ambition, described the rumour as a fear that is created by the towering name of the governor.
Barr. Dare urged Nigerians to stay calmed and be committed to the actualization of the youthful presidency come 2023 insisting that the clamour for Gov. Bello’s Presidency is a battle of no surrender.
Barr. Dare carpeted Daily Independent in the purported report of the Yahaha Bello giving up on contesting for the presidential election, lamented that the medium has nosedived into the abyss of gorilla Journalism, and a tool for mischief makers.
