Commander Duro Jerry Omodara (Rtd) picked the APC nomination and expression of interest form ahead of the primaries for the 2023 elections to represent the good people of Kabba Bunu/ Ijumu at the Federal House of Representatives, following the pressure from his people, as he is been seen as a man fit to representative them due to the quality style of leadership and integrity he posses.
He said the work towards a greater Kabba Bunu/ Ijumu has commenced, adding that the actualization of these is a collective responsibility which can only be achieved through accountability and goodwill.
He appreciate the people of Kabba/Bunu/ Ijumu and members of the party APC, particularly the leader of the party Alh. Yahaya Bello, The Executive Governor of Kogi State who gave him the opportunity to showcase his talent. He continue that
governance is a great responsibility that requires adequate accountability to the people which he is ready to offer.
“We should also note what the people desire in representation, I have consulted widely and will continue to consult so that we can actualize this together, we should continue to work tirelessly to achieve the Kabba Bunu/ Ijumu dream we all desire.
