2022: Kogi Education Commissioner Greets Kogites, Urged For renewed commitment to unity progress of the State.


 

The Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, has sent a message Felicitating with the people of the State on the occasion of the New Year.

Hon. Jones in his new year message, enjoined Nigerians, Particularly Kogites to review and renew their resolve and commitment to unity and progress of the State and Nigeria in general.

Hon. Jones urged Nigerians to draw on the lessons learnt in the outgoing year to strengthen the bonds of unity, solidarity and peace in the State.

 

The Commissioner congràtulated Gov Yahaya Bello, members of the State Executive Council, all the people of the State for entering a new year of hope and fulfilment.

He urged the people to continue to demonstrate love and exhibit compassion towards one another and extend hands of support to the less privileged and vulnerable members of the society.

“As a people, we must continue to imbibe the spirit of togetherness and love for one another. We must also support government at all levels by contributing our quota in the generation of wealth and alleviation of poverty in the land,” he said.‎

The present administration in the State more than ever before has shown unprecedented achievements in the Education Sector, urged the people to continue to support Gov. Bello in the new year to deliver on his promises to reposition the education system in the State.

The Commissioner lauded the efforts of the stakeholders in the Education Sector, sue for more in the coming year as he wished the people a wonderful 2022.
