Rejoinder: Suspension of State Chairman of NYCN Amb. Usman Ogohi, null and void – Kogi East Stakeholders


 

The Kogi East Stakeholders of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Kogi State Chapter wishes to notify the general public that the suspension of the State Chairman of the Union (NYCN) Amb. Usman Ogohi is null and void and can not stand because the process that brought about the suspension is not known to any civilized law as it is unconstitutional.

 

In a statement issued by Hon. Alfa Ebune (NYCN Kogi East critical Stakeholder, revealed that the said suspension can’t be valid due to lack of the involvement of the NYCN East Stakeholders forum. He further said that the suspension lacks constitutional process, that the general public should kindly disregard such purported suspension.

Comrade Ebune further praised Amb. Ogohi for always standing firm and upholding strong principle. He is an amicable and amazing personality whose administration has been described as very transparent due to his proactive style of leadership.

He charged those who were involved in that shadow, shabby and sordid removal to reverse the ugly trend and to stop the desperate move to create confusion within the group, pointing out that the action will affect the harmonious co- existence of the Council.
