Kogi State PDP LG Congress: Engr. Sam Uhoutu expresses hope for 2023 victory, Commend Party Members For Peaceful Exercise.


 

The Kogi State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Engr. Sam Uhoutu, has commended Party Members for their peaceful conduct in the last Local Government Party PDP Congress held in the State.

The State Chairman in a statement said that the existing unity and peace in the opposition party in the state would ensure its victory in the next general election.

In a statement issued to journalists in Lokoja after the PDP local government congress, Engr. Uhoutu said that PDP is the only political party that is united and peaceful in the state.

The PDP State Chairman charged party members to spread the message of hope among people, said that the party is ready to provide political leadership in the state come 2023.

“Let us all go and prepare for 2023 elections. It’s all clear that PDP government is what people want. We’re committed and it’s left for us to go all out and sell message of hope to our people. The PDP is the only one party in the state that’s united and peaceful. For progress of the state, it’s the PDP. We are ready to provide leadership come
2023”.

Engr. Uhoutu who said that the party has opened more leadership positions for women and youth, added that it is all about bringing greater inclusion, urged citizens to cease the opportunity of the e-registration exercise of the party to join the PDP.

The Chairman thanked the members of the party for their peaceful conduct and the success of the LG Congresses in the 21 LGA, assured that the time is up for the ruling APC as it has inflicted beyond measure poverty and hardship on the people.
