Kogi NYDP Chairman Gives Recipe To Nigeria’s Democratic Challenge


The Kogi State Chairman of National Youth Democratic Party, Comr. Abubakar Sadeeq Suleman, has listed recipe for credible polls in Nigeria.

According to the state Chairman from a statement he issued says, ” American political scientist Larry Diamond, democracy consists of four key elements: a political system for choosing and replacing the government through free and fair elections; the active participation of the people, as citizens, in politics and civic life; protection of the human rights of all citizens.

The solution to democracy is simply the credible of the process, justice achieve in the outcome of litigation, consolidation and continuety in government business without prejudice to political parties difference.

When all the principles  of democracy is well observed,the talked about regional empathy and division would have been eliminated and peace would return in the States and country at large.”

Comrade Abubakar Sadeeq Suleman the Kogi State Chairman of the NYDP , a movement that has applied for registration with the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Corporate Affairs Commission, urged political actors and gladiators to imbibe the stated recipe for democracy to have a meaning.
