The Pastor incharge of Celestial Church of Christ, also known as solutions center Marine, Lokoja, Johnson Adewale has appealed to the three ties of Governments to work towards addressing the menace of insecurity in all parts of the country.
Pastor Adewale made the appeal while chatting with Newsmen shortly after conducting the last Sunday service of the Church in Lokoja .
The clergy lamented that insecurity had brought further socio-economic hardship to citizens as farmers no longer go to farm for the fear of being kidnapped and killed by the men of the under world.
His words: ‘ I seized his medium to call on the federal,state and local Governments to adopt policies to tackle head on myriads security challenges bedeviling our the country , regretting that galloping inflation on prices of food stuff and social services have brought unbearable hardship on the people’.
Pastor Adewale stated that Nigerians are always hard-working people and are ready to be productive through farming lamenting that the negative operations of kidnappers, bandits, and insurgency have scared the citizens away from it.
He urged adherence of Christ to submit their lives to Him as through Him salvation is received , adding that Christ came to the World to rescue men from their sins and connect to them to their Makers.
Pastor Adewale equally admonished Christian worshipers not to only see the Christmas festival as a mere jaboree or merry making but a period of renowned Faith to God to deliver the country from its current difficulties.
