The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo has approved the upgrade of the appointment of Hon. Sunny Ogah to a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Mobilization.
This is as Hon. Sunny Ogah disclosed that Kogi State is in safe hands under Gov. Ododo, pointing out that in the 34 years history of the State, Kogi is steadily and progressively coasting to it destination.
Until his recent upgrade, Hon. Sunny Ogah, a grassroots mobilizer to the core was formerly a Ward Assistant.
According to a letter signed by Dr. Mrs. Folashade Arike Ayoade, Secretary to the Government of Kogi State roads:
“I have been directed by His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Governor of Kogi State to convey to you, the upgrade of your appointment from Ward Special Assistant to Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Grassroots Mobilization.
Your appointment is based on your hard work and loyalty to Government.
You are therefore, expected to be committed in the discharge of your duty to the expectations of His Excellency, the Governor of Kogi State to enhance the rapid growth and development of the Advanced New Direction Agenda.
Please accept the congratulations and assurances of His Excellency, the Governor of Kogi State.
Hon. Ogah explains that with the upgrade, he will rededicate more of his service to serving the present administration.
He praised the present administration’s policies of Gov Ododo in bringing fruits of democracy to the citizens, pointing out that the State has never had it this good like it is presently witnessing.
With the steps of Gov. Ododo, Hon. Sunny Ogah predicts a better future for the Governor, maintaining that he is already a household name in the hearts of the people, will certainly get the people’s nod for another term if he so desires.
” With the positive impact of the present administration, Gov. Ododo resides in every home in Kogi. He is the toast of Civil servants. Local Government workers idolizes him. He has reengineered the peace of the State. He has made Kogi uncomfortable for criminal elements, with the people now able to sleep with their two eyes closed”
Hon. Sunny Ogah thanked Gov. Ododo for finding him worthy of the upgrade, assured that he will justify the confidence reposed on him by rallying grassroots support for the administration.
