Engr. Ohere Celebrates GYB: Describes him as Contemporary Hero

The APC Kogi Central Candidate for 2023 Senatorial Election, Alh. (Egnr.) Abubakar Sadiku Ohere (FNSE), has congratulated Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State on his brokered history at the just concluded APC Presidential Primary Election held in Eagles Square, Abuja.

Speaking to newsmen in Abuja, the immediate past Commissioner for Works and Housing, Kogi State, said GYB was a Contemporary Hero as he made history by emerging 5th out of the over 23 contestants, described him as a focused and committed political leader.

Ohere recalled with gratitude the enormous support of the younger generation, women and people with special needs towards the Presidential aspiration of His Excellency Alhaji YAHAYA Bello.

He also thanked the Governor for being a leading voice on the marginalisation of North Central People since return of democracy in 1999 and making it an issue on any national political consideration.

“It is evident to note that in the history of North Central People especially from the day Nigeria returned to democracy in 1999, the number one seat and even the Vice President seat of the federation has never been zoned to this region as a way of creating a sense of belonging politically.

“We were said to be of the North but the narrative has always been different stories for different earshot hence North Central has been completely marginalized until “the White Lion “ His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello, Executive Governor of Kogi State, came to dare the tail by the horn.

“His Excellency has written his name in Gold through this strategic political penetration, courageous and vibrant action to legitimately demand for the representation of our younger generation, coming 5th far ahead of many notable aspirants.

GYB the former Commissioner noted has made a footprint on the Sands of time. I say kudos to GYB for all the efforts he has made. His political future is still very bright, he will surely reap bountifully in future Inshallah.

“Here is a Contemporary Hero whose name shall stand the test of time. A security oriented governor. Kogi State shall continue to enjoy Bello’s politics of unity, agricultural and infrastructural development. It is not over as his political future remains brighter he said.

Congratulations to the Contemporary Hero of our time, Alh. Yahaya Bello, APC 2023 Presidential Aspirant and Executive Governor of Kogi State, Nigeria.”

Signed:
Egnr. Abubakar Sadiq Ohere (FNSE)
